Sending Artwork: Artwork can be uploaded in Step 2 of Customize Your Product, after you click Add to Cart. If you do not have your artwork, you can send it to art@globalgolfevents.com. Please reference your order number in the subject line.
Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. Please review and keep for your records.
Within 24-48 hours our graphic design team will email your virtual proof of the product(s) ordered. Please reply with any revisions needed or approve the artwork. If you need to speak with the art department you can do so by calling 866-701-8027. Once the artwork is approved, we will move into production immediately.
Once your order is completed you will be emailed tracking information
Rush orders: If you require a RUSH ORDER we will communicate with you closely. We will provide the expedited shipping cost. If you would like to use your own shipping number, please notify your promotional specialist.
FREE Graphic Design: Our talented design team will provide a virtual proof with your logo on the product. We provide unlimited revisions and will not go into production until we have your approval.

Prefered Image Formats: .EPS, .AI, .CDR (Vector format with fonts converted to outlines or curves)
Accepted Image Formats: Any PC compatable file. Please to not send compressed Mac Files.
